We are located just off Beach Access Road 1A at 3038 On The Beach Drive in Port Aransas, TX — between beach markers 15 and 16. Whether you’re beachcombing, swimming, or simply soaking up the sun, the beach is quite literally at your doorstep. In fact, we’re the only beachfront property on the island where you can step outside and walk straight to the water.

Our prime beachfront location offers unparalleled access to the sandy shores, making it easy for families and beach lovers to come and go throughout the day — no need to pack up the car every time you want to enjoy the waves.
