Please review the following important information before reserving your stay.

Reservation Requirements

All Guests Must:

  • Sign a rental agreement
  • Provide a valid ID
  • Provide names and ages of all guests staying on the property
  • Provide details of vehicles parked onsite (make, model, color, and license plate)

Minimum Stay

  • 2 nights (September–May)
  • 3 nights (June & July)

Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days before arrival date: Full refund minus a $50 taxable cancellation fee
  • Within 30 days of arrival: No refunds will be issued
  • We do not offer cancellations for rain
  • If there is a severe weather event that will effect the beach and/or close access to the beach, we will be monitoring the event and will contact guests to let them know what is going on

Payment & Booking

  • 50% due at booking
  • Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival

Note: We do not require a security deposit.

No Refunds Will Be Given For the Following:

  • Late cancellations (within 30 days)
  • Bringing more vehicles than allowed on property
  • Violations of property rules
  • Navigation errors or difficulty locating the property

Booking in April

Texas SandFest happens on the beach each year in April. Preparations start two weeks before the event. If you are booking in April before the event, please be aware that there is a possibility that preparations may be going on during your stay. Visit the Texas SandFest website for information about their dates.

Property Rules (Strictly Enforced)

Not allowed:

  • Pets (service animals only). Unreported pets = $500 fee + removal without refund
  • Smoking of anything in rooms or on patios
  • Parties
  • Charging EVs or golf carts on-site
  • Blow-up mattresses
  • Hanging flags or banners on rooms or porches (allowed on vehicles only)
  • Loud or disruptive behavior near other guest rooms
  • Outside Guests (only listed guests are allowed in rooms)

Parking Rules

We provide limited personal vehicle and golf cart parking for rooms.

  • 1 personal vehicle per bedroom
  • 1 golf cart per party
  • No parking for trailers, boats, recreational vehicles, campers, etc.

If you bring extra vehicles:

  • You must make your own parking arrangements
  • If you park on the beach, you are required to have a beach parking permit
  • Beach parking permits are available at local stores
  • Approx. $12–$20 per car per year (subject to change)

Beach Access & Location

Sandollar Sity is located directly on the beach. Access to our property is from the beach only. There is no street access.

Important:

  • Your GPS must route you onto the beach
  • We are located between Beach Markers 15 and 16 (just north of Access Road 1A)
  • The water should be on one side; sand dunes on the other

  • Extra blankets (bed has a bedspread)
  • BBQ briquettes or lighter fluid
  • Ice makers (freezers do not include them)
  • Daily housekeeping
  • Elevator
